    3. If i'm from UST espana where is the exact U-turn slot going to cubao by car?

    4. From the gate of UST along Espana, cross Padre Noval Street, the road that borders UST. Turn right onto P. Campa, the road beside McDonald's. Turn right again onto the next intersection which is Delos Reyes Street. Drive up to the end of the road which is at the one way Padre Noval. Turn right onto Padre Noval. Finally, turn left on Espana to get to Cubao.

There's no U-Turn on that area, so that's the suggestion I give. Hope, it answers your question.
